Because I live in the area and there are still so many things I didn't see, explored and/or  photographed, I will post another Allgäu series of shots that could be followed by another at one point in time.

As for today I will also post some infos about Allgäu.

Allgäu is a region in South Germany that covers south of Bavaria, south-eastern Baden-Württemberg and small parts of Austria.

Allgäu is famous for its beautiful landscapes and is popular for vacations and therapeutic stays. It is well knows also for farming , especially dairy products."Allgovia" is ocasionally used as a synonym for the region. It is also a very popular ski destination in the winter. Also the world renowned castle of Neuschweinstein is in the eastern part of Allgäu.

I love spring. Yes, it's the best time of the year for me. It's like the reset my mind needs after the long cold winter. I love to watch nature recovering and once again taking over with happier colours instead of the dull grey

Allgäu

It's Easter and we are not gonna stay indoor with this lovely weather.So we packed our bags and head out. Where should we go? Allgäu or Allgovia, depends on how you wanna call it, is right here. If you never heard of this area situated in the south or Germany, well it's good to know that this is a rural and very quiet place right in the mountains between 1000 and 2000 meters altitude.

We pointed Scheidegg on the map and that's where we went.

 After a few very rainy days in begining of April it was finally a sunny day. I didn't wait much , I got my camera and I went out. I took a few shots here and there and then decided to share with you some.
