So, I woke up to this today.

Our little guy has HCM (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy). Which means that his heart is abnormally thick. His prognosis isn’t great, so we celebrate every milestone.. happy 1st Birthday Cosmo!

He’s a little cross eyed, but i love him nonetheless!
